Extended Group By Report

In addition to project based reporting, Worklog express allows you to create extended and more refined reports defining your own set of issues from a JQL or a favorite filter. 

In order to access Worklog express extended reports, you have to choose Worklog express → Extended Group By Report menu option.

Define the parameters that are displayed.

  1. Search for issues *

    • Enter a JQL expression to define a set of issues or select a favorite filter

  2. Period Start *

    •  Include all worklogs created from this date

  3. Period End *

    • Include all worklogs created before and including this date

  4. Group by *

    • Worklogs can be grouped by Worklog type and/or Users (ordered by first selected option)

  5. Filter Users

    • Worklogs by certain users

  6. Filter worklog type 

    • Worklogs of certain type

Generated report is showing time spent according to defined parameters.

You can export the generated report to Excel by pressing Excel View button.
